• Ask about their methods for accessing high or tricky spots—some may use ladders, lifts, or specialized equipment. We have a 40 foot telescopic pole if needed. We do NOT use ladders.Lots less liability for you.

• If applicable, make sure they have experience handling specific types of glass that may require special care during cleaning. Yes we do… Hydrophobic and Hydrophilic, stained glass… we do not clean Jalousie windows. We do not clean wood frame glass panes.
